Project terms

Effective November 5, 2026.

Submitting a brief requests a discussion and does not create a paid order, subscription or delivery commitment. Launch prices are proposed in USD. Final scope, fees, applicable tax, payment timing, delivery timing and cancellation terms must be agreed before payment or production.

Payments

Approved projects can be paid through PayPal for $79 USD for Single Short or $199 USD for Social Starter. Pay only after the project scope, delivery date, fees and cancellation terms are confirmed. PayPal processes payment separately. Keep your receipt and transaction reference. We verify payment in PayPal before production; this website does not automatically confirm payment or deliver files.

Package scope

Standard packages cover remote creation of 15–30 second vertical videos, scripts, on-screen captions and one consolidated revision round per video. On-site filming, premium licensed assets, voiceover, complex animation, posting and ad spend are outside the standard scope. A changed concept or additional revisions may need a separate quote.

Content and permission

Customers must have permission to use supplied photos, clips, logos, music and people’s likenesses. Written approval is required for use of a real person’s synthetic likeness or voice. AI-assisted visuals and their role are agreed with the customer. Client materials are not published in a portfolio without permission.

Review and delivery

Customers review factual claims, offers, contact information and creative content before approving the final video. Delivery rights and any stock or music restrictions are specified in the project agreement. Views, leads, sales, search rankings and platform acceptance are not guaranteed.

Monthly work

The monthly package describes an ongoing service option. This website does not enroll or bill recurring subscriptions automatically. Renewal and cancellation terms are agreed separately.
