Privacy notice

Effective November 5, 2026.

Elevate Video Studio, a venture from Worldwide Webmasters, collects the name, email, project details and package preference you submit to discuss and administer your video request. Submission is not enrollment in marketing emails.

Storage and use

Briefs are stored in the website’s hosted database and forwarded through Make and the operator’s connected Gmail account to the designated business inbox for handling your request. Authorized service operators and hosting providers may process the information to operate the site and prepare your project. We do not sell your submitted personal information. Do not include passwords, payment card information or sensitive personal documents.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your brief by submitting a new request with the same email and your reference, marking the goal as a privacy request. Verification may be needed. Briefs are retained for project administration and necessary recordkeeping; a specific automated deletion period has not yet been configured.

Website technology

The site does not include advertising trackers or a third-party analytics script. Hosting may process technical request information for security and operation. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information. The private preview host may require ChatGPT sign-in under its own privacy terms.
